岗位职责：
1. 完成有机化合物的合成及工艺研究；
2. 按照中试放大的要求，对合成路线、反应条件和后处理进行优化；
3. 清晰完整地完成试验记录和数据的整理归纳；
4. 解决实验过程中出现的部分问题。
资格要求：
1. 有机化学、药物化学以及相关专业，本科或硕士学历；
2. 有实验室相关经验者优先；
3. 扎实的有机合成理论知识和实验操作能力，对反应机理和工艺优化有一定的了解；
4. 有一定的解读分析谱图的能力；
5. 有团队合作精神，能熟练阅读理解英文文献资料。

Job Responsibilities:
1. Complete synthesis and process studies of organic compounds;
2. Optimize synthetic routes, reaction conditions and post-treatment according to the requirements of pilot scale up;
3. Complete experimental records and data organization and summarization in a clear and complete manner;
4. Solve problems that arise during the experimental process;
5. Other tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualification Requirements:
1. Organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry and related majors with a BS or MS degree;
2. Relevant laboratory experience is preferred;
3. Solid theoretical knowledge of organic synthesis and experimental operation ability, with a certain understanding of reaction mechanism and process optimization;
4. Ability to interpret analytical spectra;
5. Team player, able to read and understand English literature.
