岗位职责：

1. 领导团队进行药物分子（小分子化合物）的设计和合成工作；

2. 工艺开发、优化及放大；

3. 中英文文献资料和实验记录的整理归纳；

4. 合理统筹公司内部人员和外部资源快速推进项目；

5. 发现和解决工作中的各类专业问题；

6. 负责实验室的HSE工作。

资格要求：

1. 有机化学、药物化学以及相关专业的博士或有工作经历的硕士；

2. 熟练掌握有机化学反应和机理、擅长小分子化合物合成路线的设计并对药物研发的流程有一定了解；

3. 有较强的逻辑思考能力，能够解决工作中遇到的困难和问题；

4. 有熟练的英语交流能力（包括：阅读、书写和对话）；

5. 有一定的领导、组织、协调、交流能力并具有良好的责任心和团队协作精神。

Job Responsibilities:

1. Leading the team in the design and synthesis of drug molecules (small molecule compounds);

2. Process development, optimization and scale-up;

3. Organize and summarize literatures and experimental records in English and Chinese;

4.Rational coordinate internal staff and external resources to rapidly advance projects;

5. Identify and solve all kinds of professional problems in the work;

6.Responsible for the HSE work in the laboratory.

Qualification Requirements:

1. Ph.D. or M.S. with work experience in organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry and related disciplines;

2. Excellent knowledge of organic chemistry reactions and mechanisms, good at the design of synthetic routes for small molecule compounds and a good understanding of the drug development process;

3. Strong logical ability to understand and solve problems and difficulties in work;

4. Fluent communication skills in English (including: reading, writing and conversation);

5. Have good leadership, organization, coordination and communication skills and have good responsibility and teamwork spirit.
